Prime Minister while approving the summary has desired that the number of scholarships be raised to 4,500 to support them in continuing their education at Pakistan higher education institutions and create a new professional relationship and Bi-literal Communication between institutions of the two countries. This is a merit-based scholarship program in which the applicants will be selected according to the written test score conducted by the Pakistan Higher education Commission (HEC).
